At Indian Hills Tea, we’re committed to delivering your favorite teas to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
1. Where do we ship?
We ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes through our trusted delivery partners. Unfortunately, we don’t ship internationally at the moment — but we’re working on it!
2. How long will delivery take?
Once your order is confirmed, it will usually be dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery timelines depend on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
- Other locations: 5–8 working days
During festivals or high-demand periods, there may be slight delays, but we’ll keep you updated
3. What are the shipping charges?
We offer:
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499
- For orders below ₹499, a small shipping fee will be added at checkout (based on your location)
4. How can I track my order?
As soon as we ship your order, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use it to check the status of your delivery in real-time.
5. What if my order is delayed or not delivered?
If your order is taking longer than expected or seems stuck, just drop us a message. We’ll look into it right away and make sure your tea finds its way to you.
6. Delivery Address Issues
Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are correct while placing the order. We won’t be able to modify them once the order is shipped.
