At Indian Hills Tea, your satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. We work hard to deliver the freshest, finest quality tea to your doorstep. But if something doesn’t go right, we’re here to help.
1. Can I return my order?
We currently do not accept returns on tea products due to their perishable nature. Once a tea pack is opened or delivered, it cannot be taken back.
However, if your order was damaged, wrong, or incomplete, we’ll absolutely make it right.
2. When am I eligible for a refund or replacement?
You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- You received a damaged product
- The product you received was incorrect
- The order was not delivered to you
Just contact us within 3 days of delivery with the details and a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of it.
3. How do I report a problem?
Please email us at support@indianhillstea.com or WhatsApp us on +91-9687806785 with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- A clear photo (if damaged or wrong product)
We’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours.
4. When will I get my refund?
If your refund is approved, we’ll process it to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. In some cases, banks may take a little longer.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We will not be able to offer refunds if:
- The issue is reported after 3 days of delivery
- The product is already opened or used
- You changed your mind after delivery
- Sale and Clearance Items: Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
